Dance Sport Trust
Wellbeing Signposting Hub
This space has been created to offer calm, trustworthy guidance for anyone in the Dance Sport community who may be looking for support.
Here you will find a small collection of carefully chosen organisations that can help with emotional wellbeing, mental health concerns, or simply understanding what support might look like.
The Dance Sport Trust currently supports dancers, families, and professionals across the United Kingdom - England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland - as well as the Republic of Ireland. As the Trust grows, we hope to extend this guidance to other regions in time.
Our intention at this early stage is to make it easier for you to find the right support quickly and without added stress. If you are seeking information, reassurance, or a starting point on your wellbeing journey, we hope this page gives you a place to begin

Wellness Resources
Each website below offers something a little different.
Some provide helplines or professional services, others offer self-help tools, and many include gentle, practical information for anyone feeling unsure of where to begin.
While these resources are not specific to dance sport, they are widely used across the performing arts and offer reliable, compassionate guidance.
We have also included general mental health organisations that support people throughout the UK and Ireland.
